Refund Policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original
    condition.
  • Products must include original packaging and remain free from marks or damage.
  • Due to the oversized nature of our products and freight costs, TURU does not offer
    refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
    and order details.
  • Refunds, repairs, or replacements will be provided in line with the New Zealand
    Consumer Guarantees Act.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment
    method.
